Domaćica brand is exclusive brand of our customer in the USA, who recognized the quality of our ajvar as one of the best Serbian ajvars and decided to bring it on US market. Domaćica ajvar is specially prepared for US market and for its production we did not use vinegar. Domaćica ajvar is available in all markets selling Balkan products in Chicago.

HOW IT'S MADE
Ajvar is produced 100% from ripe, healthy red peppers with addition of chilli peppers. Peppers are brought from fields directly to the production, where they are roasted manually by wood. Roasted pepper is carefully peeled, cleaned from stalks and seeds and left to drain naturally before it is taken into production. Drained pepper is ground and with other ingredients put into bronze pots, where it is fried by constant manual steering to make true Serbian ajvar.
INGREDIENTS:
Red peppers, chilli peppers, sunflower oil, salt, sugar, without preservers, artificial colors and aromas.
