For almost 20 years, Sweet home selects only the highest quality fruit for its frozen products. Fruit is deep frozen in 3 static tunnels with capacity of 40t/24h. After deep freezing, fruit is stabilized in 1,100t capacity cold chambers, from where it goes into further inspection and processing. We are very devoted to high quality and safety of the fruit we produce, therefore all the products intended for immediate human consumption are produced only in our own cold store which is IFS certified. By virtue of good cooperation with other cold stores in our neighbourhood we have the possibility to externally produce some lower quality products intended for further industrial use.

Plum
In our region, plums are grown since 19th century. It is one of the most wide spread fruit in Serbia and almost every house has at least one orchard. There are many domestic varieties in Serbia, but in our region the most commonly cultivated variety is “Stanley”. Plum harvest starts in the middle of August. It has a wide application in Serbia and is used for deep freezing, juice production, drying, jams production and in large part for production of Sliwovitz. We are sourcing plum from the whole territory of Serbia, freezing it and cutting it by hand during winter.
